Use the error messages from the API in order to display appropriate and internationalized error handling in the UI.

Localization of error messages should be handled in a separate API call so not only WikibaseRepo/-Client errors can be localized but all API error messages.

Implement a mechanism that allows the UI to show specialized and localized messages based on the error code.
