From a brief skim of the page, Looks like this needs Extension:MWSearch which needs a lucene backend...

It's pretty straightforward and probably wouldn't hurt to core it, but we could also just ship it with distributions and enable it by default...

*ping* Hello, I want to bring again attention to this bug. There are recent discussions [1][2] started by users who cannot run the rebuildTitleKey script, and integration into the core could solve their problems, too. I am fully in favour of having TitleKey in the core... who else ?
