To clarify, hidden how?

Hidden by doing local oversight (From the block page if you have hideuser rights, clicking the "Hide username from edits and lists" box)? or hidden using some centralAuth magic (I think there's another bug open for the centralAuth global hide thing not working, but I thought it was fixed)
