After you type more than 3 lines of text, the text area's scrollbar is not properly docked against the right border, but instead floats 5 pixels to the left on Firefox 9 for the Mac.

The scrollbar should be docked right against the right border, like the other browsers.

Discussed this on the call -- I've split the difference and dropped the padding down to 5px (from 10px) so the scrollbar looks less weird.
