Much easier for people to test than current method of downloading apks.

Doesn't make sense for us to have nightlies in the market. Just betas would do.

Necessary changes for a beta have been made: https://github.com/wikimedia/WikipediaMobile/tree/beta

Current idea of building betas:

1. Do all work on master
2. Switch to beta
3. Rebase with master
4. Sign and push out beta!
