Hi,
We're not able to create articles with names beginning with lowercase letters in 
http://ta.wiktionary.org We want to create a German-Tamil dictionary and are not 
able to create articles under the titles "mutter" and "Mutter" separately. This 
is possible in English wiktionary, though. Can someone please fix this?
