In Persian Wikisource, local image upload is disallowed and all images have been moved to the Commons. The logo of fawikisource is also moved to the Commons, but deleting the local file is not possible until wgLogo value in InitialiseSetting.php file is updated to:

//upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/1/11/Wikisource_fa.png
