Yes, and put on all items and annexes ("Anexo" domain, https://pt.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Anexo).

That tells me nothing

I can clearly see the ArticleFeedback tool at the bottom of the Adolf Hitler page. And I just rated it.
