http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UK has a rel="canonical" <link> tag that points to the canonical URL for that (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_Kingdom). 

The mobile version of the site does not have this.

e.g., the <link rel="canonical" href="/wiki/United_Kingdom"> link in this example.
