Currently, there is no easy way to remove certain files in the 'Describe' tab when multiple files are selected.  A user must start the UploadWizard from the begging and re-upload all (already uploaded) wanted files.

Please add an 'X' button next to all files that allows easy canceling.

This sounds a lot like bug 32247, marking as duplicate.
