It seems that on Wikimedia Meta Wiki, the translated percentage in the <languages/> bar lags behind. Probably has something to do with MASTER/SLAVE stuff.

Was noticed during translation workshop.

I'm assuming this has been fixed together with other slave lag issues. Please reopen if encountered again.
