In order to access the Phabricator task corresponding to a Bugzilla report, just remove "static-" from its URL.
You could still run searches in Bugzilla or access your list of votes but bug reports will obviously not be up-to-date in Bugzilla.

Component: Gadgets

I added a Gadget (http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Gadget-DelAutoDropdown.js) to the gadget definition page (see URL), under the header == admin == (http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Gadget-section-admin).

Yet after an hour or so, the gadget refuses to appear under Special:Gadgets and Special:Preferences. All description files are present.

Gadget appeared the next day. Caching issue?

Sam, can you look into this one, and see if this is just a configuration issue on the beta site?

Quick test on my dev wiki, exporting gadgets from mw.org and importing them locally seems to work fine for me

Per bug 12128#c3 null editing fixed it
