Not for prototype, but for http://labs.wikimedia.deployment.wmflabs.org.

Is it possible to recomplile wikidiff2.cpp in order to test the several patches that have been made to it?

This is actually the start of a bigger issue, the package needs rebuilding for site also, so it can be upgraded before or around the time of the 1.19 general deployment

Moving out of the Wikimedia product into the already existing Wikimedia Labs product, I'm going to remove the Labs component from the Wikimedia product.
