Description helena srilowa 2012-01-02 23:22:23 UTC
Feature Request

Add variables which return the section name within which they reside.

e.g.: {{SECTIONPAGENAME}} and {{SECTIONPAGENAMEE}}

Useful for any number of things including for Wikipedia templates that are used within a section or at the top of an article...

templatecode:
"This {{#if: {{SECTIONPAGENAME}} | section | article}} has some issue that needs addressing..."

Bug# 30296 has a similar request, perhaps they could be implemented together as a set of new variables.
