I've slipped in the setCacheMode stuff, but it doesn't quite seem to interact right with the lightweight rewrites for hiding header/footer. Will see about tweaking that or skipping the rewrite, or storing things from the lightweight rewrite into a manual cache.

Considering this fixed, reopen if troubles with reopening last page (actual loading, not selection thereof).
