Please use sentence case for rating labels in Option 3 of the AFT feedback form.

For example, let's say "Not very helpful" (only 1 initial cap at the start) instead of "Not Very Helpful" (title case with initials on every word).

Also, it would be great if these labels were centered with the 'average' star rating, rather than left-aligned. This, however, can wait until 2.0, if we select this option.
