After performing an initial search in the search box, loading an article, and go to another link by clicking a link in the article, when I click back into the search box, it does not appear to be active (eg it doesn't get a red border + blinking cursor), yet my on-screen keyboard appears and when I type, text shows up in the search box.

Using Wikipedia android app (RC1, Motrola Droid, Android 2.2.3).

This fix landed *right* after RC2, can you try one of the later builds to confirm that this is now fixed?

Were still getting reports of this even with RC2. Reproducible on a Nexus one.

Reproducable *after* RC2? IIRC this was merged in a day after RC2

Re-open if it comes back, was fixed one day after RC2
