I think the sysops may benefit from having live suggestions while they type the reason for protecting/deleting/blocking.

The provided URL show a script which provides this feature. It takes the values from
* [[MediaWiki:Protect-dropdown]]
* [[MediaWiki:Revdelete-reason-dropdown]]
* [[MediaWiki:Filedelete-reason-dropdown]]
* [[MediaWiki:Ipbreason-dropdown]]
* [[MediaWiki:Deletereason-dropdown]]
which are already available in the form and then filter the list to display only those items which match what the user has typed.

Please consider including something similar to MediaWiki.
