Keyboard navigation should work in Android settings dialog; directional keys / roller ball / next/prev should work as with normal forms.

Is this specific to hardware keyboard? Several bugs are similar, maybe we should mark this as a duplicate.

Hardware keyboard, d-pad, or the little ball thingy on the Nexus 1 can be used for keyboard navigation.

Not worth fixing on the PhoneGap app which will be discontinued, shouldn't be an issue with future native app.
