http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:InterwikiList let someone list all possible interwikis currently configured on a given wiki.

Would be great to have it reviewed and deployed on live site.

InterwikiList was never designed to work with CDB.

Should deploy Interwiki instead, it supports CDB and has a read-only mode.
