In the subtitle of AFT feedback form Option 3, change the rating question to say 'Is this article helpful?' (instead of 'How would you rate it, overall?')

For the labels that appear below the rating stars, use these new words: 1=not helpful at all, 2=not very helpful, 3=average, 4= helpful, 5=very helpful (instead of 'bad => good')
