If you answer a ticket and attach a file, you will get the following error, when
clicking on 'send'.

Software error:
Wide character in subroutine entry at
/opt/otrs/Kernel/cpan-lib/MIME/Decoder/Base64.pm line 125.

Afterwards the reply is in the history and everything look ok, but it wasn't
sent (!).

This seems to work currently; I sent a mail with an 
attachment recently.
