Testing the new opt-in search suggestions on Firefox 8, Android 2.3.6, Nexus 1.

Going into the search box and typing "some", I expect it to start loading up suggestions... but I see nothing.

Typing another space to make sure the whole word has left the IME, nothing.

Hitting backspace.... now it starts looking things up. Weird?

All other browsers I've tried have behaved as I expect: iOS 5 Safari, Opera Mobile 11.50 & Android stock browser on Android 2.3.8.

It looks like this is an issue in Firefox - this bug [1] seems similar, as we too are using the keyup event to trigger suggestion which is apparently a duplicate of this bug [2]

This now behaves as expected (tested on so closing. I suspect this [1] fixed it.
