As an upgrade to current functionality and Photo handling 1 (bug 31931), create a filtered view of the info page for images, initially showing the image at screen width then allowing zooming and scrolling. This filtered view will show only the most essential information underneath the image (what that information is needs to be decided).

This replaces the file page "image too wide" approach in 31931.
