We just set up Translate on Meta, but the message documentation language is missing (see URL that gives "Specified language was invalid.").

The following should be added to the configuration for meta.wikimedia.org:

$wgExtraLanguageNames['qqq']       = 'Message documentation'; # No linguistic content. Used for documenting messages
