wgPageName javascript variable changed behavior for special pages. For instance in CodeReview it used to be 'Special:Code', now it is 'Special:Code/MediaWiki/12345'

Note this is I think a side effect of fixing $wgTitle having had the parameters stripped.

Arguably this is the correct behavior: wgPageName *should* match $wgTitle etc.
