Found this when trying to force quit; 'Wikipedia' shows up under 'Installed apps' but not 'Running apps'. Very.... odd. :)

Nexus 1, Android 2.3.6

This also occurs when the app is running normally.

Steps to reproduce:

1. launch the Wikipeida app
2. press hardware home button
3. go to phone's settings menu
4. manage apps
5. running tab

The Wikipedia app doesn't show up as a running app.

Tested on: Nexus S 2.3.6

I believe apps don't show in there unless they
- Are an android process
- Have a running service associated with them

Example run the Browser or the Market app and they won't show up under running apps either.

You can terminate/force close apps under downloaded/all apps.

I will look at the no network bug in order to fix that blackscreen.
