We should generate doxygen for 1.18, 1.17 and 1.16 at the very least not just trunk.

Currently doxygen is run against trunk and hosted at http://svn.wikimedia.org/doc/

Similar to other systems/apis that document their code, I suggest we offer documents on previous versions so that extension authors can code against their current version so that classes and functions don't mysteriously disappear or change forcing them to read code.

This would also allow us to remove/deprecate things better (see HttpRequest vs MWHttpRequest) and allow us to write the Manual: on MW.org where we keep deprecated information and cross-link it to proper versions.
