Description Erika Hanson 2011-09-21 01:18:22 UTC
When editing the same page from two accounts and two browsers (Safari and Firefox), Firefox saves the first edit.

However, the Edit Conflict box on Safari is /not/ read-only, as it should be.

What versions of Firefox & Safari?
Comment 2 Mark A. Hershberger 2011-09-21 13:18:50 UTC
Appears to be from Test2 since it is referenced here: https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/mediawiki/wiki/User:Sumanah/1.18_test_cases
Comment 3 Rob Lanphier 2011-09-21 18:18:56 UTC
Unless we're misunderstanding something, this appears to be the behavior in 1.17, and is expected.

Turning this into a feature request instead.

Note that it should not be set to 'disabled' as that would make it impossible to select or copy/paste text.
