I got an automated e-mail about a change of my user talk page
in translatewiki.net - The notificatio itself seems okay, abd
avlid, but instead of the text of the message having been added
to the thread, it includes an error message saying that the
text of Thread:User talk:Purodha/MediaWiki:Babel-4-n/ksh could
not be found in the data base, and it had possibly been moved
or deleted, else a software error had been detected. The latter
appears to be true, since I could read the thread onlin and I
was able to reply to it.

The e-mail follows. Unfortunately, it is in Colognian except for
the error message which is in a fallback language, German.

This is similar to, or even a duplicate of, Bug 27408

Yes, a duplicate. The error message exists in ksh but it was displayed in de and that was the language of the user who wrote you, so everything is the same.
