When a user is active in some wikis of WMF it is hard to get notice over new message at a talk page in any wikis.

Getting the orange usermessage box for each wiki on the current visited wiki can be very helpful to get attention to the wiki with the change at the user talk.

Using the email function is slow, because you have to look at you email box in a period.
