Please enable AbuseFilter for Czech Wikipedia. 

We have reached the consensus as you can see here:

I've got a feeling that just enabling AbuseFilter isn't going to do much for you without any configuration.

Any idea how you want it configuring?

I have believed the defaults according to
http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Abuse_filter
are good enough for us.
