The error appears to be in
http://wikimedia.org/errors/English/ERR_CANNOT_FORWARD - there is a link to
"http://wikimedia.org/errors/English/%U" instead of "%U" in the error message.

haven't seen that page since i reported the bug, but it should have already been
fixed, since it's not a big deal to do so.. ;)
