FCKeditor does not work at all.

Product 	Version
MediaWiki 	1.17.0
PHP 	5.3.5-1ubuntu7.2 (apache2handler)
MySQL 	5.1.54-1ubuntu4
FCKeditor (Version 1.0.1) 	(r93044)

Mediawiki says the extension is installed. But when editing a page, no trace of FCKeditor is seen. 
No (PHP-)errors of apache errors seen.

Tested on fresh install, and after upgrade from wiki 1.15

The extension is pretty much abandoned...

Per this upstream bug http://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/5602 

"FCKeditor and MediaWiki are no longer supported. Closing the ticked as invalid."
