Please enable Extension:CSS Dropdowns on Hindi Wikipedia. The local consensus is here:

I'm assuming we're talking about this extension here: http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:CSS_Dropdowns.

It doesn't appear that there's anything to actually review and install on hiwiki, it's all done via site CSS and the sitenotice. Furthermore, the link to the CSS you need to copy (http://theplaz.com/wiki/skins/common/dropdown/drop_down_menus.css) seems to be missing.

There's nothing for the WMF to do here really, so I'm resolving INVALID.
