Please enable Extension:FCKeditor (Official) on Hindi Wikipedia. The local consensus is here:

AFAIK this isn't in a working state. Also need a security review.

We've never deployed FCKEditor to any WMF wiki before. I'm pretty sure we shouldn't start a precedent.

Some one has to intiate. There is no harm to utilize the facility available.

FCKeditor is not reliable enough for our usage; when we have a working visual editor we'll deploy it more widely...
