Something like mediawiki-cvs for the wikimedia repo wikimedia-cvs unless someone can think of a better name...
perhaps wikimedia-vcs (so it doesn't matter what vcs is used now or in the future (cvs is just historical since we can't rename))
"wikimedia repo"? Also, bug 19958 wants us to rename MediaWiki-CVS to MediaWiki-commits, so we'd probably want to name it that. What is the difference between the Wikimedia repo and the MediaWiki repo?

As for the difference, I'm not quite sure. Even though it's public, it's for more wikimedia specific stuff I think This was at Arthurs request btw :)

List "Wikimedia-commits" created and password sent to Sam and Arthur.

I imagine archiving should be disabled, just like on mediawiki-cvs.
