When do you get this error, and what makes you think it's SMW related? Also, what version of MW and SMW are you using?

From, translatewiki.net, so both from trunk. QueryCreator is part of SMW.

Oh, this was added by Devayon Das as part of his GSoC project :) Should be fixed by r90121.
