A database query fails in SpecialWatchlist, when using a table name prefix.  

The fix is simple, change lines 156 and 164 to be "FROM $watchlist,
$recentchanges" as opposed to "FROM watchlist,recentchanges"

The issue is FIXED in 1.4.7, please upgrade.
