The following error appears when attempting to preview the standard theme in Preferences:

Fatal error: Call to a member function getCategoryLinks() on a non-object in C:\wamp\www\mediawiki\trunk\phase3\includes\Skin.php on line 631

Should be fixed in r87382. Though I plan to kill the $out arg later when I actually have time to code.
