Hallo!

Having the option to choose the location of the inputbox label would add
greather flexibility in design. I have seen templates with a frame surrounding
label, box and button. This is a good workaround at the moment.

Design changes should be made via Monobook.css. Inputbox is specifically meant
to be otherwise dumb, hardcoded HTML. Marking as WONTFIX.
