The extension could provide the editors a {{RANDOMBOOK}} variable to get a random title of book.

Per Bug 31003 comment 0, I think it is better to have a [[Special:RandomBook]] instead of a magic word.

[[mw:Extension:Randomrootpage]] was activated in several wikibooks.  

So I think we need not repeat it here.
