In the french "Extlink tip", the default message is "Lien externe (n'oubliez pas
http://)".
Here, there is a quote (') that prevents the toolbar above the editing window
from displaying, because the following :
"
addButton('/skins-1.5/common/images/button_extlink.png','Lien externe (n'oubliez
pas http://)','[',']','http://www.example.com lien titre');
"
doesn't work.
Backslashing the quote doesn't work either (I don't know why).

Changing the message to "Lien externe (ne pas oublier pas http://)" correct this
bug and makes the toolbar appear (and display correctly).

A couple bogus escaping rules, now fixed.
