The interface of Wikimedia and Wikisite changed. The user toolbar (top of the page)
move left went you approch your mouse's cursor, and the text modification's tollbar 
just above the text panel has disappeared since this morning.

I discover this prolbel on fr.wikimedia.org but here on bugzilla, the probleme is 
the same.

Which browser are you using?
Which version of the browser?
Screenshots would be helpful, too.
