When, as an anonymus user, trying to upload a file, one is getting the message

Du musst <a href="/wiki/Spezial:Userlogin">angemeldet sein</a>, um Dateien
hochladen zu können.
[you have to be logged in to be able to upload files]

The Link to Special:Userlogin doesn't work.
