In trying to edit the main page, I got three successive server errors, and (as usual) hit "back" and saved again. At last I reached an edit conflict screen and checked the page history, only to find that my first attempted save worked as intended, while the other three were listed in the history, but did not change anything in the page.

Pretty sure this was fixed in July or August, hasn't been reported lately.
