Description Duncan Harris 2005-06-30 13:20:23 UTC
Part of the general mess from this move (though I think in the long run it's a good
one). Anyway,

Go to http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Special:Userlogin and try to create an account as
a new user person with a lower case username, and you can't with no explanation why
(though that's presumably in the Mediawiki namespace but I'm not an admin there to
change it).

This actually had gotten broken on _all_ wikis by a recent code change, not just the capitalized ones.

I've now fixed it to auto-capitalize usernames without complaining.
