Hi as some of our users groups are not assigned to any group, we are not able to do some special tasks, kindly allow bureaucrats to add/remove following groups
#Account creators, 
#Importers, 
#Transwiki importers, 
#Oversighters

#Account creators are yet not enabled properly, i think you have enabled createaccount inspite of "accountcreator".
#Please remove right of add/remove oversight group from bureaucrat, because according to wikimedia policy http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Hiding_revisions this group can be granted by stewards only ,this policy cannot be eroded by local project policy.
