Trevor and I were discussing, there isn't really any "rules", bar what people seem to take for granted. ie, if you've got multiple files in a "category" they get a seperate folder

Then naming the entry point of the Extension to be the same as it's top level folder (<3 Siebrand for the mass update for this)

Also, there should be some documentation specifically about how to lay out the files and folders for ResourceLoaderFileModule resources. There's lots of examples in the SVN of how to do it, but some documentation would help.
