I noticed on ms.wikipedia.org when switching to vector I got a red link on "feedback page" although I was sure they had one. Turns out appending &uselang=ms fixed it. Compare: http://ms.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Khas:UsabilityInitiativePrefSwitch&uselang=ms http://ms.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Khas:UsabilityInitiativePrefSwitch&uselang=en
Needs wfMsgForContent() instead of wfMsg(), I guess.
Fixed in r74252, needs deployment.
A little lower in the code around line 280 aswell. I forgot to mention it in the opening post, the message I meant is "prefswitch-main-feedback". Not "prefswitch-main" (this latter message doesnt even use the feedback page link actually).
Fixed in r74259 and translatewiki http://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=MediaWiki%3APrefswitch-main-feedback%2Fms&action=historysubmit&diff=2360706&oldid=2181111
